About Iniobong
My name is Iniobong Williams, and I am a public health researcher, lecturer, and quantitative analyst with a strong background in Mathematics, Statistics, Epidemiology, and Data Analysis. I currently teach undergraduate and postgraduate students and have extensive experience helping learners understand complex quantitative concepts in a simple and practical way.
I am passionate about teaching because I believe education has the power to transform lives and create opportunities. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have seen how many students struggle with Mathematics, Quantitative Reasoning, and Statistics, not because they lack ability, but because they have not been taught in a way that matches their learning style. My goal is to make these subjects less intimidating and more enjoyable by breaking down difficult concepts into clear, manageable steps.
I enjoy helping students build confidence, improve their problem-solving skills, and achieve their academic goals. Whether you are preparing for an examination, working on assignments, learning statistics for research, or simply looking to strengthen your quantitative skills, I will tailor lessons to your individual needs and pace of learning.

My approach is learner-centred, supportive, and results-driven. I believe that every student has the ability to succeed in Mathematics, Quantitative Reasoning, and Statistics when concepts are explained clearly and linked to practical examples. I take time to understand each student's learning style, strengths, and areas for improvement, allowing me to tailor lessons to their individual needs and academic goals.
I focus on building strong foundational knowledge while gradually developing confidence and problem-solving skills. My lessons combine clear explanations, worked examples, interactive discussions, and guided practice to ensure students understand not only how to solve problems but also the reasoning behind the methods used. I encourage students to ask questions freely and create a positive learning environment where they feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them.
For Statistics, I emphasise the interpretation and application of statistical concepts in real-world contexts, helping students understand data analysis, probability, hypothesis testing, and research methods. In Mathematics and Quantitative Reasoning, I use step-by-step teaching techniques to simplify complex topics and improve analytical thinking.
I regularly assess progress through practice exercises, quizzes, and feedback sessions, adapting my teaching approach as needed. Whether a student is preparing for examinations, improving academic performance, developing research skills, or building confidence in quantitative subjects, my goal is to make learning engaging, practical, and effective while helping them achieve measurable academic success.
