My teaching approach is learner-centered, interactive, and flexible. I believe that every learner has different needs, abilities, interests, and learning styles, so I adjust my teaching strategies according to the learner's level and progress.I use clear explanations, guided practice, questioning, examples, demonstrations, and interactive activities to make lessons easier to understand. I also use positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to motivate learners. What sets me apart is my patience, adaptability, and commitment to learner progress. I do not expect all learners to understand a lesson at the same pace.My lessons are suitable for elementary, I can work with learners in different subjects and adjust the difficulty and activities according to their grade level and individual needs. I am especially comfortable supporting learners who need help with reading, writing.
