About Izabella

My name is Izabella! I have completed a degree in mathematics so you could say it's one of my strengths. When I was in school this never used to be the case, I have had tutors myself over the years that gave me the skills and the drive to keep going. A few years after high school and I have a major in stochastics (statistics and applied math). This being said I was always into the arts so I have a minor in history and have played the violin for 15 years. I am still studying to be a high school teacher so to tutor will be some great practice as well as a flexible use of my time in-between studying.

About the lesson

I've had the opportunity to study teaching and have already been in the classroom at 3 different South Australian schools as a preservice teacher. This amazing experience allows you to understand every student learns differently. They thrive in different environments so encouragement, patience, and thinking out of the box is key. Rushing concepts without understanding the uses or application in real life can really burn away a student's willingness to learn and grow from the foundations. I'm willing to help students strengthen their foundations so once they are up to speed they can use these skills to be Inquisitive and continue learning for themselves and their own personal goals.
