About Hind
I’m a law graduate from a Russell Group university with advanced legal training and practical experience in both civil and criminal law. My teaching is clear, exam-focused, and practical. I specialise in helping students apply legal principles effectively—whether it's mastering the Civil Procedure Rules, preparing for the SQE, or developing advocacy skills for court. My tutoring is structured around building both legal knowledge and exam technique. I adopt a problem-based learning (PBL) approach—each session is anchored around real-life style legal scenarios or past paper questions to develop students' practical application skills, especially for assessments like the SQE, LPC, or law degree exams. I focus heavily on issue-spotting, structuring legal arguments using IRAC (Issue, Rule, Application, Conclusion), and tailoring advice or analysis to the facts. I also help students break down statutory interpretation, case law reasoning, and procedural rules (e.g., under the CPR or PACE). Where helpful, I use visual aids like flowcharts for complex procedural law (e.g., civil litigation timelines or criminal procedure stages)
