About Lana
I’m a recent graduate from the University of Cambridge and I’m passionate about sharing my insights from the application experience, something I wish I had received more of. I studied Arabic and French, which included an array of modules in history, literature, anthropology and language, therefore I’m able to help with a range of subjects.

My approach varies according to level and subject; a typical A-Level history lesson may involve planning an essay question under timed conditions and then comparing our points and discussing how the structure and linkage could be improved. A typical GCSE English Literature class might involve practising close literary analysis of an unseen poem or a passage of one of the set texts. My sessions that help with Oxbridge personal statements involves talking through how to develop the ideas discussed to demonstrate keen and specific interest in the subject.
