About Retchel

I am a dedicated and patient tutor who is committed to helping every student learn with confidence. I understand that every child learns differently, so I make sure my lessons are clear, engaging, and suited to their individual needs. I create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I take my responsibilities as a tutor seriously, come prepared for every lesson, and always do my best to help students improve. My goal is to make learning easier, more enjoyable, and meaningful while helping students build skills and confidence that they can use both inside and outside the classroom.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is simple: I want students to understand the lesson, not just memorize it. I adjust my teaching based on each student’s level, needs, and learning pace.

Teaching Method:
I explain lessons step by step using simple words, examples, and activities. I encourage students to ask questions and participate. I also give practice exercises to help them understand the topic and build confidence.

Typical Lesson:

Review the previous lesson
Introduce the new topic
Explain the lesson with simple examples
Practice together
Let the student try on their own
Correct mistakes and explain them
Review the important points
Check the student’s understanding

What Makes Me Different:
I am patient, friendly, and understanding. I don't make students feel bad when they make mistakes. Instead, I help them learn from their mistakes. I also make my lessons fun and easy to understand.

Who I Teach:
My lessons are mainly for elementary school students, especially beginners who need help with their lessons, basic skills, homework, reading, writing, and other school subjects. I adjust my lessons to match the child’s age, grade level, and learning needs.
