About Kayla
I'm a dedicated and patient language tutor with a passion for helping students build confidence and achieve their learning goals. I believe that learning a new language should be engaging, practical, and enjoyable, so I create lessons that are tailored to each student's individual needs and pace.
Whether you're learning German or English as a Second Language (ESL), I'm committed to providing a supportive and encouraging environment where you can develop your skills with confidence. Student-centred, interactive, and tailored to each learner's goals, learning style, and pace. I focus on creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and practicing without fear of making mistakes.
For German and ESL lessons, I combine speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary exercises to build well-rounded language skills. I use real-life conversations, role-playing, multimedia resources, and practical examples to make lessons engaging and relevant. A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, although I also offer 30 minute sessions depending on the student's needs. My lessons are suitable for complete beginners to intermediate learners.
