Hello there! My name is Mr. Isley. I am a middle school English and History teacher. I have almost a decade worth of experience teaching Kindergarten, 5th grade and now 6th grade. Currently a Middle School English and Ancient History teacher. I am advocate for project based learning, novel studies, discussions and group work. A typical lesson starts off with a question and we explore it. I create anchor charts and pictures and diagrams that are colorful and rememberable. Students then explore theses concepts through practice and each lesson builds upon itself until they create a project or activity and present it to me. I believe all students can learn and I am all about building strong relationships with my students.
