About Soukaïna
I am an Ethics and Compliance Manager and I manage international projects to ensure that subsidiaries comply with French and local regulations. I graduated in business law with a Master 2 in Law and Business Ethics but with an appetite for private law.

My approach begins with the assessment of the student's current knowledge, in order to be able to structure and adapt the courses according to their needs. Subsequently, my method focuses 30/40% on reviewing and understanding the courses and 60/70% on putting it into practice either through a debate, or through a practical case or a scenario. The first lessons can also focus on the pure methodology according to the needs of the student (stop sheet, stop commentary, essay, practical case, etc.)
