About Susanne
I am an MSW student with a strong passion for writing, proofreading, and teaching English. My approach is supportive, structured, and grounded in clear communication. I help students understand how to express their ideas with clarity and confidence by breaking assignments into manageable steps, modeling strong writing techniques, and offering feedback that is both encouraging and academically rigorous. My goal is always to help students grow as writers, not just complete an assignment.
I work with high school, undergraduate, and graduate students who want to strengthen their academic writing, English skills, or overall communication. What sets me apart is the combination of my social work training, empathy, patience, and strengths-based guidance, with my genuine love for writing. As an MSW student who genuinely enjoys writing and proofreading, I take a supportive, structured approach to tutoring focused on building confidence. I work especially well with students in writing‑heavy fields like social work, psychology, and education, as well as English learners who need help with grammar, structure, or academic tone. What sets me apart is my ability to combine strong writing expertise with the empathy and communication skills I’ve developed in social work training, creating a learning environment that feels encouraging, collaborative, and accessible.
