About Justin

I teach entry-level college statistics (Intro to Statistics or Elementary Statistics) and high school statistics (AP Statistics). My tutoring sessions can either follow your course and act as supplementary instruction or I am more than happy to help work on homework problems while teaching concepts. My college-level statistics students often thank me for teaching in a way that allows them to actually understand the complicated concepts in statistics with real-world examples that apply to them. When talking about a problem I will find an alternative example that a student can relate to, this way when I explain something they are able to easily follow along with the example and understand the statistical process involved.

About the lesson

I had fairly low grades going into the final homework assignments and exams. I didn’t know how to use a z- or t-table nor how to use p-values.
