About Aja

As a teacher my number one goal is to ensure that my students are gaining the most out of everything we do, whether we are taking a test or playing a silly game to better our understanding of words and phrases. It is important that my students take with them not only a love for learning but a hunger to gain more knowledge and insight into the world around them.

A lesson would generally look like :

Lesson Plan for Reading Tutoring

Objective:
Students will improve their reading fluency, comprehension, and vocabulary skills through targeted activities.

Duration:
60 minutes

Materials Needed:
- Age-appropriate texts (fiction and non-fiction)
- Vocabulary flashcards
- Highlighters or colored pencils
- Reading comprehension worksheets

Lesson Outline:

1. Warm-Up (10 minutes)

- Use flashcards with vocabulary words from previous lessons.
