-The stretching class aims to increase the flexibility of muscles and joints, helping in the proper functioning of the body and benefiting you in your day-to-day activities.
-Indicated for people who are wanting to get into a physical activity, as it prepares the muscles for exercise, which reduces the chances of muscle injury and pain after working out. In addition, the stretching class also provides relaxation and combating stress.
-Classes are aimed at beginners in physical activities.
