About Lucie
I am a graduate student at Saint Louis University finishing my M.A. in Political Theory and International Relations.
I received my B.A. in Political Science from the same university. During my junior year, I decided to take advantage of the accelerated B.A./M.A program. I completed my B.A. in 2021 and will complete my M.A. in 2022!
During my undergraduate program, I joined the Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit honor society. I graduated with honors.
This year, I received a graduate assistantship from my department. In addition to being a graduate student, I also assist current professors with research.

I like to base my lessons off what skills you’d like to improve!
Typically, we’ll both read a piece of writing that is related to the area(s) you’d like to improve either before our lesson or in the beginning of our lesson. Then, we’ll discuss what we read and why the writing was either effective or ineffective.
Then, we’ll move forward to making your writing more effective. In following lessons, we’ll work together on editing your rough drafts of essays or other writings.
Working together in this manner keeps the lesson fun, engaging, and conversational!
