I believe that teaching is not only to teach what you know but it is a process where you connect with the mentees and progress with them and try to understand their mind about how they are understanding the concepts rather than just teaching. I believe that developing a new skill is what matters. so applying what you have learned so far is very important. My focus is on practical things rather than the theory part.
