About Jaycelynn
I started my education journey working as a school secretary, which I did for about 2 years. I then started working as a paraprofessional in a classroom while I completed my student teaching. I am now a paraprofessional in a high school special education math and history classroom. I am pending licensure in Illinois for middle grades ELA. I enjoy being in a classroom, and I enjoy helping students. I feel that I have a good relationship with my students.

I have experience and knowledge or credit hours to teach middle grades ELA, high school ELA and high school biology. I have written many lesson plans during my education. I enjoy finding fun and relatable exercises/worksheets to do together and as homework. I believe that making education fun helps with content recall and remembering. Plus it makes the education enjoyable and will help make the time pass easier.
