About Matt
I am a student in the Public Administration program at UTSA, with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Mathematics. I have been tutoring for over four years, both privately and through my previous colleges. My students have seen great success, with grades jumping from D's or F's to A's and B's.

I am experienced in various Mathematics courses up to Calculus 3, and have a set methodology of teaching. I always set goals with the student, both long-term and within each session, in order to achieve the outcome the student desires. At the beginning of the lesson, we will go over what the goals for the day will be, then proceed to review old material before moving on to newer topics. At the end of the lesson, I always ask if the student has any questions before doing a final review and developing a study plan for the time in between tutoring sessions.
