About Ashley
I've worked in an analyst since 2008 and in a multitude of fields.
First in academic Psychology research with subsequent career paths in Institutional Analytics, Government Planning and Healthcare.
I currently manage a team of healthcare analysts and work closely with clinical and academic researchers at Dalhousie University. I excel at taking muddled, convoluted processes and translating them into clear, easy-to-follow procedures for obtaining requested datasets and analyses.
I love people. I am a people person. I enjoy seeing other succeed and I want to encourage people to achieve their dreams. I think you will find me friendly and encouraging and I'm looking forward to hearing about your dreams.

Graduate school can be a discouraging, unstructured environment that can sometimes lack the guidance needed to transition into a real-world research-based or analytics career.
If you are a graduate student in a research-based field and you want to eventually obtain a non-academic research career, I can provide you with the guidance and encouragement needed to do so.
Additionally, I provide excellent feedback on academic writing documents, and I can help improve your overall communication skills in a manner that will help you succeed in your chosen career.
I am very friendly, cheerful, and empathetic to the challenges and struggles associated with graduate school and I can provide a solid balance of academic support alongside encouragement and professional perspective as it pertains to the transition from school to work.
I can only meet on weekends. First sessions are free to see if I am a good fit for your needs; further sessions are $65/hr.
