About JUANA
Hello dear students,
My name is Juana Fernandes, and teaching is not just my profession — it is my passion. I believe every learner is unique, and that uniqueness deserves respect, encouragement, and the right guidance.
I want to share my knowledge with you because I see education as more than lessons in books. It is about discovering your strengths, building confidence, and preparing for real-life challenges. My goal is to create a classroom where learning feels exciting, where mistakes are seen as opportunities, and where every achievement — big or small — is celebrated.
I use different strategies based on your learning styles:
- Visual learning with charts, diagrams, and creative board work.
- Hands-on activities that make concepts practical and fun.
- Storytelling and role play to spark imagination.
- Collaborative teamwork to help you learn from each other.
- Motivational quotes and reflections to inspire your mindset.
Most importantly, I want you to know that I am here to guide, support, and walk alongside you in your journey. Teaching gives me joy because it allows me to see you grow — not just in academics, but as confident, kind, and capable individuals.

In my classes, my teaching methods and strategies are unique, setting me apart from others. Based on each student’s learning ability, I design different approaches to ensure understanding and growth. I integrate activity-based learning, visual aids, and collaborative projects to make lessons engaging. I encourage critical thinking exercises and real-life applications so students connect concepts to everyday experiences. For those who need extra support, I provide remedial sessions and differentiated tasks, while advanced learners are challenged with extension activities. I also blend storytelling, role play, and technology integration to cater to diverse learning styles. Above all, I foster a positive classroom environment where students feel safe, motivated, and empowered to express themselves.
