About Leela
Hi! I'm Leela, a passionate vocalist and musician who loves helping others discover the joy of singing!
I'm currently pursuing graduate studies in vocal performance and hold undergraduate degrees in Music (Voice) and Business Management. My musical background includes extensive classical vocal training, solo and ensemble performances, and international music study in Italy.
Throughout my musical journey, I've developed a deep appreciation for the power of music to inspire confidence, creativity, and self-expression. I've also enjoyed helping friends, family, and fellow students develop their vocal abilities, prepare repertoire, and grow as musicians.
As a singer, I understand that finding your voice can sometimes feel intimidating, especially when you're just starting out. That's why I strive to create a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free learning environment where students feel comfortable experimenting, asking questions, and making mistakes.
I believe that singing should be both rewarding and enjoyable, and I'm excited to share my knowledge while helping you discover what makes your voice special.

I believe that every voice is unique, and my goal is to help you discover its full potential! Whether you're singing for the first time, preparing for an audition, or looking to take your vocal abilities to the next level, my lessons are designed to help you grow as a confident, expressive, and versatile singer.
My Teaching Approach
I emphasize healthy vocal technique, creativity, and musical expression in a positive, encouraging environment. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor each lesson to your individual voice, musical interests, and personal goals. We'll work on breath support, vocal range, tone, flexibility, diction, and performance skills while exploring music you genuinely enjoy singing!
What to Expect During a Lesson
Each lesson begins with vocal warm-ups and targeted exercises to develop technique and address your specific needs. From there, we'll apply these skills to songs of your choice, focusing on musical interpretation, storytelling, and building confidence. I'll also provide personalized feedback and practical strategies to help you continue improving between lessons.
