About Aljeron

I am a dedicated tutor who believes that learning should be both structured and inspiring. My teaching method is rooted in a learner-centered approach, where every lesson is designed to build confidence, strengthen skills, and encourage active participation. By combining interactive strategies, positive discipline, and the integration of technology, I create a classroom environment that is both engaging and supportive.

With experience in designing reading programs for Elementary learners, I specialize in helping students develop comprehension, fluency, and vocabulary through well-organized lesson plans. Each session follows a clear flow—from motivation and guided practice to independent work and assessment—ensuring that students not only understand the material but also apply it meaningfully.

What sets me apart is my ability to balance professionalism with inclusivity. I prepare detailed documentation, structured outlines, and clear objectives, while also adapting to the unique needs of each learner. My bilingual ability in English and Tagalog allows me to bridge comprehension gaps and make lessons accessible to diverse students.

My lessons are designed for Grade 4-6 learners who need support in reading and comprehension, but my methods are flexible enough to benefit students in broader school-based and community programs. Above all, I aim to inspire confidence in my students, reassure them of my professionalism, and establish a learning environment where they feel respected, motivated, and capable of success.
