About Ségolène
During one year I accompanied a student in his last year of college: his notes in Italian oscillated between 5 and 9, lowering his general average to 15 out of 20. We managed together to make it climb up to 13 in Italian.
During the same period, I had taught English for a few months to an adult student. He was motivated, but unfortunately, being a farmer, he had to give up quickly because he had no time available any more.

I first passed my A-level in Literature, then continued with foreign languages by graduating in a Bachelor's Degree in Languages and Economics. I teach mainly mainly to Primary and Middle school students, but I can also help students of more advanced courses who have difficulties with English, or adults in the same situation.
During the first class I try to discover with my student where he/she is at, what gaps he/she needs to work on most. If it is a student still attending school, I accompany him/her throughout the program, explain again what he/she may not have understood in class, work with him/her on his/her weak spots. I try to find out what interests the student, the subjects that he/she is passionate about, the activities that he/she likes to practice, to find texts that treat it so that learning is done in the best conditions possible. On the other hand, each person has a way of learning of their own: if my student does not already know which is the most effective method for him/her, I seek with him/her which one-s will allow him/her to acquire new knowledge.
