About Sophia

I earned a Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in English, from Ateneo de Naga University, graduating Cum Laude. I gained teaching experience in public and private schools, where I handled a diverse group of freshmen students in English classes. Moreover, I love reading books and writing poems and stories.

About the lesson

I am into a learner-centered teaching approach---the students' participation is important to me in making English learning more effective and meaningful. Moreover, I also include interactive learning activities such as gamification, where the learners are the star of the lesson. My lessons lean more on literature and basic English for those who love reading and writing in English.
