About Alessia
I graduated in contemporary dance and performing arts at the London Contemporary Dance School with a "first class degree". I studied contemporary dance, classical, jazz, choreography, improvisation and contact between the main subjects. I worked as a professional dancer with international choreographers in theaters of England, Belgium and Italy. I also have teaching experience for both beginner and professional dancers.

My private lessons are aimed at dancers of all levels, from beginners to professionals. My lesson is structured with a first part of stretching, heating with passages on the ground that then develop into exercises at the center based on the reinforcement of the center and balance, then ending with choreographic sequences. When the dancers become familiar with my material, I conduct guided improvisation lessons with the material taught to stimulate creativity and the search for one's personality.
