About Guadi
I'm from Argentina and I moved to San Diego looking to improve my art and culture. I have taken classes of all kinds of dancing such as contemporary, hip hop, jazz, ballet and choreography (especially all related to heels) and currently I'm studying to become a Pilates instructor. I love everything related to the human body and how to take care of it.

My lessons are for beginner/intermediate levels and what I look for is to improve the student's technique through barre exercises and workouts. Depending on the choreography, for example, if it has tricks or movements from other disciplines, we'll work on that separately. We'll work on the awareness of our bodies' muscles, how to take care of it and avoid injuries.
