About Riya
Hi! I’m a B.Tech student at COEP Technological University with a strong passion for Mathematics and Physics. I have experience teaching and mentoring students, and I enjoy making challenging concepts simple, practical, and easy to understand.
My lessons are interactive and personalised to each student’s pace and learning needs. I focus on building strong fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and confidence so that students not only perform better academically but also start enjoying the subjects.
I love students who crack jokes in class.

I begin by understanding the student’s current level, learning style and areas of difficulty. I then break complex topics into simple, manageable concepts and explain them using real-life examples, visual explanations, step-by-step problem solving and interactive questioning. For Maths, I focus strongly on conceptual understanding, logical thinking and practising different types of problems. For Physics, I connect formulae and theories to real-world situations so students can understand how and why the concepts work.
My typical lesson is 60 minutes, although I can adjust the duration depending on the student's age, level and learning requirements.
I have experience teaching and mentoring students in Physics. I teach Maths and Physics to school and secondary-level students.
