About Olajide

With eight years of experience, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I specialize in Math, Science, History, and Test Preparation for elementary through high school students. My background includes training in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student Accommodation Plans (504), allowing me to provide tailored support for diverse learning needs. I adapt my methods by observing how a student engages with new material, utilizing visual aids, discussions, and hands-on practice. By breaking complex problems into manageable steps and celebrating small wins, I keep students motivated and curious. I believe clear, consistent communication with families is the foundation of our success. Seeing a student's confidence soar as they master a difficult concept is truly the best part of my day.
