I want to train because back then when I was a teenager I didn't get good enough training from my trainer and there was favoritism so I wanted to provide the best training and moral support for my trainees in the future because this is very important in everyone's fitness journey.

In training, it also needs to be adjusted to the age of the trainees and the age of the training. By doing this, it is hoped that the trainees will be more motivated to become better. In this training, trainees will receive detailed instructions for approximately sixty minutes. Trainers are experienced in training children from early childhood to adulthood.
