About Leonardo
I have just arrived in SP, wanting to expand my name and work throughout Brazil. I have students in London, Belgium, USA, RJ and the South of the country. I can work in any location as I take a mini gym in the car. Weight, cone, elastics, mattress. Outdoor classes are great options too!

Work based on joint mobility and stability in order to reduce the possibility of injuries during the project. I am not a fan of extreme and very rigid methods. I believe that consistency and balance between health and pleasure are the keys to physical and psychological fitness.
