About Alessandro
Hey there! I'm Alessandro, your friendly Italian chef straight from beautiful Tuscany. I learned the ropes of cooking from my nonna at a very young age, surrounded by the gorgeous hills and vineyards.
In my kitchen, I like to keep things simple but bursting with flavor. I specialize in classic Tuscan dishes like ribollita, pappa al pomodoro, and the famous bistecca alla fiorentina.
Also in international cusine and desserts.
Growing up in this culinary haven, I've picked up not just recipes but a passion for good, honest food. And hey, I can throw in a few Italian words during our cooking adventures if you're up for it.
