About Leonardo
I have a degree from UNISINOS-RS University. I already acted as an instructor in a weight room, semi-personalized, I also taught functional training classes for small and large groups, in addition to having experience with the Pilates Solo Method and Apparatus.

All classes are held in accordance with the student's objectives. First, I take an approach to identify the particularities of the student and what their goals are. After that, I elaborate the training planning and discuss with the student possible changes, so that the same approve and stay motivated during the period. So we started the work, with its own methodology based on the experiences I have had in the different training methods.
