About Nânci
I am a professional Athletics coach and PE Teacher that have been working as well as a Personal Trainer.
I do love to bring them all together and provide my clients with the workout that works better for them.
I have a lot of experience as an Athletics Coach and as a Personal Trainer in private environments so usually my clients workout from home and if they go to the gym I simply provide them the training session and through some recordings I do correct their technique if needed or change things around to make it work better if they haven’t reached their goals or the perfect technique
