About Mikel
I am Mikel Mindegia, I am 21 years old and I have recently finished the Higher Degree in Animation and Socio-Sports Teaching, in addition to having Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition courses and experience in gyms as a coach.
Not only have I dedicated myself to academics in this field but it is part of my day to day and one of my hobbies. I go to the gym several times a week on a regular basis, I play soccer at CD Valle de Egüés and do many other sports on a more sporadic basis. Therefore I qualify as a sports person and who likes everything related as in the world of sports.

I have the knowledge to perform hypertrophy training, strength gain, fat loss, muscular endurance, functional training, etc.
The classes will be dynamic and entertaining with a professional and friendly treatment.
