Graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from UC Davis; 3-year continuing TA for The Coding School teaching highschoolers Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI.

Ben is very knowledgeable in CS and in particular machine learning topics! Thanks to him I was able to get an A in my ML class. He’s a very patient and enthusiastic teacher and he’s great at finding analogies to explain more complicated concepts.

Ben's a great guitar tutor. Very patient and kind, takes time to explain each concept and to make sure I understand it fully. I'm an intermediate guitarist and I wasn't sure if getting a tutor was the right move, but Ben is helping my creativity and my technical skills combined!

My 13-year-old son has been taking programming lessons with Ben for the past five months. I could not recommend him more highly. He is a talented, highly knowledgeable and patient teacher, who has fostered my son’s curiosity and has made learning to program fun. Ben designs their sessions based on my son’s current interests and keeps him
engaged and on task. My son looks forward to his lessons every week. For the summer, we added multiple sessions per week in lieu of a tech camp. Ben created a hilarious game with multiple levels (on his own time) to teach various coding principles, which my son is thoroughly enjoying. Ben is truly a gem!
