With my solid training in the bel canto style, I bring a deep understanding of the fundamentals that form the backbone of great opera singing—breath control, seamless legato, agility, and expressive phrasing. Bel canto’s emphasis on beautiful, natural tone production and vocal flexibility allows me to guide students not just in technique, but in cultivating their unique voice with elegance and control. As a teacher, I am patient and attentive to each student’s individual needs, helping them build a strong technical foundation while encouraging artistic expression. My experience in bel canto equips me to diagnose technical challenges early and provide targeted exercises that promote vocal health and longevity. Ultimately, I am passionate about helping singers connect emotionally to the music, empowering them to perform with confidence and authenticity. By combining technical rigor with artistic inspiration, I create a supportive learning environment where students can thrive and develop as well-rounded opera performers.
