About Atika

I am a Gold Medallist in MSc in Nutrition and Dietetics. I am also a Diabetes Educator, Gut Health Expert, Sports Nutritionist and Dietary Health Supplement Advisor. I have two daughters and one of my primary hobbies was teaching them things, whether it was manners or math I really enjoyed this activity. Along with my Eldest Daughter, I opened a small tuition in India for underprivileged children in the comfort of my home to help them succeed. I have a special place in my heart for children and watching them grow was genuinely rewarding for me. I hope to find a place that stimulates me and my students symbiotically.

About the lesson

My main technique is getting to know my student and making them confident and comfortable in their chosen subject. I usually do this by trying to make my lessons interactive and practical instead of the traditional pen and paper approach. I give them examples that play on their imaginative and creative side while also bringing out the logical part of the subject. I usually teach Biology and Chemistry and although they are strenuous subjects, I have no problem manoeuvring through them because of this stimulating technique.
