About Alex
I am a Yale University Computer Science senior with a passion for helping students realize their full academic potential. My journey through elite college admissions taught me that success comes from both strategic preparation and authentic personal development. With a 1580 SAT score and acceptance to multiple prestigious universities, I understand what it takes to excel in standardized testing and the holistic admissions process. However, my approach to tutoring goes beyond simply sharing test-taking tricks—I focus on developing fundamental understanding and problem-solving skills that serve students throughout their academic careers. Having tutored hundreds of students across diverse backgrounds, I've refined my ability to identify each student's unique learning style and tailor my instruction accordingly.
