About Kevin
Hi, I’m Kevin, a local guitarist and instructor based in the Great Falls / Herndon area. I’ve been playing guitar for over 10 years and have experience performing, teaching, and working with musicians of all levels. I have a strong background in music, including choir and live performance, which has helped me develop a well-rounded understanding of both technique and musicality.
I’ve taught students of different ages and skill levels, and I focus on being patient, encouraging, and adaptable to each person’s learning style. My goal is to make lessons both effective and enjoyable, so students stay motivated and continue improving over time.
Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your playing further, I bring a professional but relaxed approach to help you build real skills and confidence on the guitar.

I offer fun, structured guitar lessons for students ages 6 and up, from complete beginners to advanced players. Lessons are tailored to each student’s goals, whether that’s learning favorite songs, building strong fundamentals, improving technique, or gaining confidence playing on their own or with others.
My approach focuses on making guitar enjoyable while still developing real skills. Students will learn chords, rhythm, lead playing, and music fundamentals through a mix of songs and exercises. I teach rock, pop, blues, and more, and I adapt each lesson to the student’s pace and interests.
I create a positive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to improve each week. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your playing to the next level, I can help you get there.
