I mainly teach small groups of Hyporessive Gymnastics. In addition to carrying out personal training and personalized therapeutic pilates for people between 25-67 years of age who suffer from any problem, be it postural or structural, ailment or illness, such as osteoarthritis, osteoporosis or fibromyalgia, and / or have a herniated disc.

My name is Paula Mediano, I have a degree in physical activity and sports science, with numerous training courses including Pilates, Yoga, Hypopressive Gymnastics, etc. I have extensive experience in the sector, especially at a therapeutic level: sword pain, cervical pain, herniated discs, reduced joint mobility, ecoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis, lumbargia, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, etc.
We can work in different ways:
- I move to personal residence and I have different materials.
