About Erin
Hello! I’m Erin. I’ve walked the path of addiction and faced many challenges, and that’s what makes me truly understand what you’re going through. I believe that these experiences are my greatest assets, allowing me to connect with you on a deep level. Every day, I work toward becoming a better person, and I’m here to help you build your own toolbox for healing. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and rooted in empathy because I truly get it.

In my sessions, I draw from lived experience, working with individuals facing addiction both in Canada and internationally. While I’m not a licensed mental health professional, my coaching is influenced by DBT, IFS, and CBT approaches. I focus on building a personalized toolbox for recovery and growth, creating a supportive environment where we reflect, discuss, and plan meaningful steps forward. My approach is rooted in empathy and mutual understanding, ensuring a safe space for your journey.
