About Jonathan

I will be completely honest, I am purely a self taught guitarist, well sort of. Since the age of 10 I was always musically inclined, I found an old analog piano in the garage and started falling in love. Joined the band in middle school, percussion and started my journey on theory on the piano. I never went to college, it was a personal choice but im working on getting there. Started guitar in 2022, then I picked up bass 2024, and have been teaching for two years now. If you are a beginner or intermediate player looking to get started or start to understand what you are doing when you play, I am your guy.

About the lesson

For the Neo Soul, R&B enthusiasts who want to expand their knowledge of theory, moveable chord shapes, learn how to slide through scales all over the fretboard, & understand the number system and that CAGED system you are always hearing about.

Jonathan's response
Great student, retains information very quickly, should work on finger placement but the future looks promising.
