About Thiago
I have been teaching guitar for the past 17 years and I have trained many students. All of them have had very good results and a very complete training, acquiring a very good technical, theoretical and cultural basis. Thanks to my metolodogy, many of them nowadays have the freedom to play the style they want.

I am Brazilian, professional musician, journalist and translator. My classes are aimed at beginning, intermediate and advanced students who want to learn guitar (classical / Spanish / acoustic) or fundamentals of language and music theory. My methods are based on great books and classical guitar schools, such as Abel Carlevaro, Isaías Sávio, Andrés Segovia and Sabicas. For this reason, I can provide the student with a very solid and broad technical base, which encompasses notions of both classical and flamenco guitar. As a Brazilian, the music I know best is the one from my country, so my specialty, with respect to repertoire, rhythm and harmony, is Samba and Bossa Nova (and all the styles that form the MPB), but I have been always very eclectic and I can also teach other styles, such as classical music, jazz, pop / rock and flamenco.

Perfect! Tuve varios meses de clases con Thiago, lo contacté por este medio. Las clases fueron siempre en su domicilio. He aprendido mucho además de ser un espacio en el que siempre la pase muy bien :) Es un gran docente como también un excelente músico. Lo recomiendo absolutamente.
