"Admitting that I struggle to keep still while demonstrating a strumming pattern is honest. We move through grade exam prep and ear training with a focus on rhythm that keeps the momentum high. You will find that my pacing shifts to accommodate whatever technical roadblock you hit during our work on electric technique.
It feels natural to connect the dots between complex theory and the songs you actually want to play. Feedback comes fast and constant to ensure your progress remains steady. Hopefully you feel ready to grab your instrument and see where the music takes us today."

"Playing music feels like breathing to me after 13 years of performing on the Australian Latin stage. Most people assume the guitar is just about speed, yet the real work happens in the quiet study of scales and modes. My BA Music and Spanish from the University of Melbourne provides the formal foundation for my gigging reality. I enjoy teaching songwriting alongside the nitty-gritty of power chords and lead guitar techniques.
Sometimes we get lost in the nuance of fingerpicking or the bite of electric blues progressions. Your musical identity is waiting to be shaped by these rigorous yet accessible foundations."
