About Siona
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Guitar Performance and have 13 years of experience teaching students with a wide range of musical interests. My passion for music began through performing and exploring different genres, which helped me appreciate the many possibilities the guitar offers. Teaching has allowed me to share that passion while helping students achieve meaningful goals.
My teaching philosophy focuses on adaptability, encouragement, and practical skill development. Every student has a unique learning style, so I customize lessons to suit individual needs. Through demonstrations, guided practice, and performance coaching, I help learners build confidence while improving their technical abilities. Creating a positive and motivating atmosphere is an important part of my work.
Outside teaching, I enjoy composing music, recording guitar arrangements, and discovering new performance techniques. These experiences help me bring fresh ideas into lessons and keep learning exciting. Teaching guitar is rewarding because I get to watch students transform effort into achievement. Their progress continues to inspire my dedication as an educator.

My guitar lessons are designed to help students become confident and versatile musicians through a balanced approach to technique and creativity. We explore chord transitions, rhythm accuracy, fingerstyle playing, lead guitar techniques, improvisation, ear training, music theory, and song performance using practical exercises and engaging musical examples. I focus on helping learners understand the purpose behind each skill so they can apply it naturally. This creates stronger musical independence and long-term progress.
Every lesson is adapted to the student's experience level and personal goals. Beginners develop coordination, rhythm awareness, and confidence through simple songs and foundational techniques. Intermediate players strengthen technical ability, musical expression, and stylistic flexibility. Advanced students focus on performance refinement, improvisation, and advanced repertoire development. Consistent guidance and personalized feedback support steady improvement.
I believe learning guitar should be both productive and enjoyable. My lessons encourage curiosity, creativity, and regular practice in a supportive environment. As students gain new skills, they become more confident in their musical abilities. My goal is to help learners enjoy the process of growth while becoming capable and expressive guitarists.
