About Nathan
I have been writing and performing across the world for the last 20 years playing guitar and singing. I produce and record songs which have been played on BBC Radio 1 and I have supported famous bands such as Queens Of The Stone Age. I’d love to teach children and adults who are just starting out the basics on either acoustic or electric guitar. I believe there are technical or natural musicians and I’d like to teach and encourage my students to feel the confidence and gain an understanding of the power of using your ears and feel instead of overthinking. If you are interested in getting to grips with the basics, then contact me and I can give you a leg up onto your musical journey. I will help simplify the process and make it enjoyable so you learn what music you love and not something you find boring!

I have always learnt by ear and feel. My brain doesn't work with sheet music, writing or having technical jargon thrown at me! There are two types of player: Natural and Technical. I will spend each lesson simplifying the knack of tuning, chords, notes, picking, strumming and learning how to use your ear and feel to understand how to play and create your own songs.
