About Mia
As a former school band assistant and after-school jam guide, I’ve seen how music can light up a child’s world. I specialize in making guitar lessons creative, playful, and centered around each child’s pace and personality. My approach is all about encouragement—mistakes are just stepping stones, and every new strum gets a high-five. I love helping young learners grow their confidence through music, one happy note at a time. With me, kids don’t just learn chords—they discover joy, rhythm, and the fun of expressing themselves through sound.

Brand new to guitar? GREAT—my lessons are all about starting together and making every step exciting! I show you how to set up, use funny games for learning chords, and turn your favorite stories into songs. Practice is always about feeling good; we can even make up our own tune or work on a song for your next class event or birthday!
Each lesson finishes with a “celebration moment” where you get to play SOMETHING all on your own. Every smile and every song is a BIG deal here.
