About Andrew
Returning learners often feel like they have hit a wall after playing for a while. It is a strange spot to be in, honestly. I teach advanced players and hobbyists who want to get serious again.
My background includes a Bachelor of Music in Guitar principal from Berklee College of Music. I have spent 5 years refining how I help students navigate these hurdles. Expect a focus on lead guitar, rhythm guitar, and complex strumming patterns. We can also dig into scales, modes, and ear training if you are ready for that.
I am just a guy who keeps a guitar in the car and shows up to help you make sense of the fretboard. It keeps me sharp.

Picture the sound of a song finally clicking into place after hours of frustration. That is the goal.
I start by running a diagnostic skills check to see exactly where your gaps are. We build a custom plan based on that data. I use my 5 years of experience to make sure we do not waste time on things you already handle well. We focus on reading tabs, music theory, and functional songwriting techniques.
It is structured work underneath, but I keep things light. You will walk away with a real plan for your music. I make sure you actually sound like a musician by the end.
