About Natalie

Holding a Diploma in Music Performance from the Musicians Institute Hollywood gave me the technical foundation for my career. Have you ever wondered why some players command a room while others just blend into the background?

After 16+ years of gigging with just a guitar and a mic, I know exactly what works and what falls apart under a spotlight. My approach centers on real, usable performance skills that keep an audience engaged. I work primarily with hobbyists and intermediate learners who want to get out of the bedroom. My teaching covers everything from reading tabs and blues progressions to mastering rhythm and lead guitar.

I also guide students through grade exam prep and essential music theory. It is always a pleasure to help someone find their stage presence. Catch you at the next open mic session.

About the lesson

Grabbing your gear feels natural here. Lessons are grounded in reality. We focus heavily on electric technique and fingerpicking to build your confidence. Songwriting and ear training are woven into the hour to keep things fresh.

I specialize in taking song requests and turning them into simplified arrangements that fit your specific skill level. During my 12 years of experience, I have seen exactly what makes a performance successful. The goal is to move beyond just playing notes to performing music.
