About Sophie
A musician for seven years, I'm a multi-instrumentalist.
Starting with the ukulele, I discovered my love of playing music. Even more so, thanks to the guitar, I fell completely in love with it. Initially self-taught, then a conservatory student, over the years I've had the opportunity to play in numerous concerts and on many occasions.
Now working towards my Diploma of Musical Studies (DEM), I play regularly and continue to learn a little more each day. With several dates in Paris coming up, I'm a seasoned performer.
Often accompanied by my band, I'm developing my own musical project based on my compositions alongside the lessons I teach.
My passion for music has also allowed me to learn other instruments at various levels: bass, piano, and cello. If you're looking for someone lively and passionate, I'm probably the one you're looking for!

Once the foundations common to all good guitarists are laid, I tailor the lessons to your desires so that your progress is clear and directed towards a specific goal, which we will define together.
Using materials created specifically for the lessons, I guide you and help you become an independent guitarist. My only goal is to become unnecessary. How? By giving you all the tools you need to eventually learn what you want on your own outside of class.
Lessons can be individual or group, with lower rates for the latter. The lessons emphasize rhythm, so if you can't clap in time, don't worry, we'll work on that together. At the same time, we learn the associated theory.
My lessons are primarily aimed at those who have never touched the instrument before and those who are just starting out, but intermediate players are also welcome. :)
