My approach to teaching English is student-focused, supportive, and skills-based. I aim to build strong reading, writing, and analytical skills by helping students understand how language works and how to express their ideas clearly and effectively.
In lessons, I focus on:
Breaking down texts (novels, poems, essays) into clear, understandable ideas.
Teaching structured essay writing (paragraphs, arguments, evidence, analysis).
Developing vocabulary and expression
Practicing comprehension and critical thinking skills
Providing detailed feedback and guidance on writing.
I adapt my teaching to each student’s needs—whether they need help understanding texts, improving grammar, or preparing for exams. I also place a strong emphasis on building confidence, so students feel comfortable sharing their ideas.
Lesson Length
Lessons are typically 60 minutes, allowing enough time to cover content, practice skills, and review progress. I also offer 45-minute or 90-minute sessions depending on the student’s preferences and goals.

I have experience tutoring English across different levels, helping students improve their writing, comprehension, and exam performance. I am familiar with common curriculum requirements and assessment criteria, and I focus on giving clear, constructive feedback that students can apply immediately.
